How The IRS Wins Against You?

Did you know that if you took the IRS Tax Code, printed it out, and stacked it up, it would be the equivalent of 45 King James Bibles high?

The actual code is only about 2,600 pages, but according to world-renowned tax expert Randall Scott Boll, there are another 70,000 pages of explanations of corresponding tax laws, definitions, and other information that you absolutely need to know about to understand the IRS Tax Code. The IRS has created a system where:

Most people don’t have the time or the know-how to sort through it all.

Most people are guilty of doing their taxes at the last minute.

Most people make mistakes filing their taxes.

Most people are overwhelmed by the whole tax filing process.

So how are they winning?

In a nutshell, the IRS Tax Code is too complicated. Its complexity leads individuals and companies to fail to take advantage of billions of dollars in offered breaks, many of them presumably intended to stimulate the economy. In this way, complexity undermines what tax incentives are purported to accomplish. Doing your taxes usually involves an accountant and a stack of documents an inch thick. So this begs the question: Why is doing income taxes in the United States seemingly so complicated?

Because they don’t want you to pay less tax! If they can make you feel frustrated and discouraged, you will give up. If you do give up, ultimately, you’re going to end up paying more in taxes.

Firstly, you get frustrated. Randall Scott Boll says that:

“One of the largest levels of frustration and aggravation for our client base is that the IRS requires that you pay your tax bill by April 15th. Even if you file an extension, you still have to pay your taxes by April 15th. On top of that, you have to estimate how much you’re going to owe and pay that amount. However, let’s say you file an amendment and it shows the IRS owes you a refund, they don’t have to pay by April 15th – in fact, they can pay it back to you any time they want to. Also, eligible households with children receive subsidies — the Child Credit, the Child Care Tax Credit, the Earned Income Tax Credit — but only if you fill out their tax return correctly. If you fill out your return wrong, you can be fined. Further adding to the frustration, in households with two earners, the second earner’s tax rate begins where the first earner’s tax rate ends. So it’s difficult to get withholding just right, and one major reason we all have to fill out complicated forms by April 15th every year, is to reconcile what taxes we had withheld with the amount we actually owe.”

Although the IRS does have a helpline, it is not actually designed to help you lower your taxes. It isn’t designed to help you win against the IRS. You can’t call them and ask, ‘Can I have 3 or 4 tax strategies that will help lower my taxes please’? The helpline is simply there to guide you through filling out forms.

There is no publication that comes from the IRS that says ‘Do these 3 or 4 things to reduce your tax.’ Everybody is left to rely on their own accountants, their financial planner or their friends to find out something beneficial about the tax code to help lower your taxes.

“It’s a system where the deck is stacked against the taxpayer and there’s very little relief,” says Randall Scott Boll. “This is why I created BollitProof. Ultimately, we are here to use the rules in the IRS playbook to beat them. Think of a professional sports team. Could you imagine if they published their playbook and said, ‘Here you go competitors – use it!’ The IRS has given you the playbook – you just need someone to decode it for you!”

Randall Scott Boll and his BollitProof team look at everything coded by the IRS and show you how you can use it to actually win the game and pay the least amount, legally. This is truly unlike anything you’ve ever seen. This is an opportunity for you to take action. You have an opportunity to fight back, to change your tax paradigm, and to win. But you have to take action. You have to implement the strategies and use the tax code, but you have to follow it exactly as it’s written. If you do that, your tax paradigm will fundamentally change. From this day forward, April 15th will be a day of celebration. BollitProof will help you use the IRS playbook against them.
